You can order in 3 ways:
Online via the webshop www.Juliard.Club You can purchase the items in the webshop by placing them in your shopping cart and then checking out. During the ordering process, you create an account in advance so that we can always contact you and determine your delivery address. After the order and payment are completed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation in your inbox. You will then always receive a manual message regarding the receipt of the payment and the shipment of the order.

Payment
Bank Transfer
If you prefer to pay via online banking, that is also possible. You can transfer your payment to one of our bank account numbers. As soon as we have received the amount, we immediately process your order.
Mollie
Mollie or Stg Mollie Payments on your bank statement?
Mollie processes payments for webshops. Think of them as an intermediary; we ensure that your money safely goes from your bank to the webshop. Because we handle the payment process for the webshop, you will see Mollie or Stg Mollie on your bank statement.
Paying to the Delivery Person
If you prefer to pay upon delivery, that is possible. When our delivery person delivers your order, you pay for the delivered items on the spot. We do not charge any administration fees for this service.

What is Payconiq by Bancontact? Simply: a secure and intuitive app for mobile payments. Payconiq by Bancontact combines the advantages of the Bancontact and Payconiq apps into one.
Delivery
In-stock items can be delivered within a week. For products that are not in stock, we allow approximately 3-4 weeks.
During October, November, and December, the factory is busier than usual, so delivery may take about 4 to 5 weeks.
We do everything we can to deliver the items on time. However, in exceptional cases, unexpected high demand at the factory may delay delivery.
We do not work with transport companies but deliver all our products ourselves with our own vehicles. This allows us to make good arrangements and maintain personal contact with the customer. We will call you to agree on a day and time for delivery. If you wish, we can also call you about half an hour in advance so that you know exactly when to expect us. Free delivery is available for orders of €75 or more. For orders below that amount, a delivery fee of €6.00 is charged.
Assembly
We can also assemble your products at your home if you are unable to do so yourself. Feel free to email or call us for a free quote on the assembly cost. Since we perform the assembly ourselves, we can keep these costs low.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the product you purchased, please let us know as soon as possible. You can send an email to juliard.club@gmail.com. Clearly describe the complaint and include the order number, article number, and purchase date. We will notify you within 7 days regarding the handling of your complaint.
Returns
With an online purchase, you have the right to return your product. At Juliard Club, you benefit from a reflection period of 14 days. If you wish to return an item, please keep in mind the following points to receive a full refund: Items must be returned, as much as possible, in their original packaging.
The goods must reach us complete, undamaged, unused, and unstained. A damaged product will result in a depreciation charge.
For items that have been assembled, are damaged, or show signs of use, the damage will be charged.
