Delivery
Estimated lead times
- In-stock items: dispatch in 1–3 business days; typical delivery within 1 week in BE/NL/LU.
- Made-to-order or out of stock: production 5–10 business days + transit (peak Oct–Dec: allow +5–7 days).
- Cut-off: orders paid before 12:00 are processed the same business day.
We work with trusted partners such as DPD/DHL. After dispatch you’ll receive an email with a track-and-trace number and an estimated delivery window.

Rates below include VAT. If your order exceeds one parcel, it may be split into multiple parcels at the same banded rate.

We also ship to selected non-EU countries via DPD Export. Depending on the service type, shipping may be either prepaid by Juliard.Club or paid directly by the customer upon import. All export deliveries include tracking. Customs clearance time is not included in the estimates below.

On display in store (Available to order)
Some items are on display in our physical shop and can be ordered to be delivered to your address or to our shop for collection. These items may not be available for same-day purchase in store.
Delivery time for on-display items
- Estimated production and dispatch: 5–10 business days after the order is placed.
- Peak season (Oct–Dec): please allow an additional +5–7 business days.
- Transit time then follows the shipping rates & times listed on this page.
Delivery costs & policy
On-display items are shipped at the same rates as regular orders. See the Shipping costs tables above for full details (costs include VAT; per-parcel bands up to 31.5 kg).
Variants on display
If a different variant (e.g., colour, size, fabric) is on display than the one you intend to buy, the product page and in-store signage will state “Variant on display in store”. All specified variants shown as on display are available to view at our shop.
On Google, these products may be marked as “in store” or “Available to order” on Local listings and Local Inventory Ads.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel and return within 14 days after delivery (EU consumer law). Inform us by email and return items unused and undamaged, preferably in original packaging. Refund within 14 days after we receive the return.

- Return shipping cost: paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we delivered the wrong product
- Custom-made items: excluded from withdrawal if produced to customer specifications
Damage & Complaints
If something is wrong, email juliard.club@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number, description and photos. We reply within 7 days.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Belgian law applies. For disputes, the competent courts in Belgium have jurisdiction.
