​1.​ Order process:
Customers can place their order through our website by adding the desired product to their shopping cart, going through the checkout process and completing payment. Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

​2.​ Payment methods:
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. Payment must be made at the time of ordering, unless otherwise stated.

​3.​ Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered, as well as the delivery location. These charges are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

​4.​ Shipping areas:
We deliver within Belgium, the Netherlands and to selected international destinations. Customers can check the availability of delivery to their specific location during checkout.

​5.​ Delivery times:
We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and any unforeseen circumstances.

For delivery of products that are not in stock, the following can be included:
If a product is not in stock at the time of ordering, the estimated delivery time will be stated on the product page. Delivery time for out-of-stock products is usually 3-4 weeks from the date of order, subject to availability from our suppliers.

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped, allowing them to track the progress of their delivery through our shipping partner.

​7.​ Returns Policy:
Customers have the right to return products for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the products are in unused and resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return costs unless otherwise agreed.
