If you have a complaint about the product you have purchased, please let us know as soon as possible. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Clearly describe the complaint and state the order number, article number and purchase date. We will notify you within 7 days of the handling of your complaint.
With an online purchase you have the right to return your product. At Juliard Club you enjoy a reflection period of 14 days. Do you want to return an item? Then keep the following points of attention in mind:
- Items must be returned in the original packaging as far as possible.
- The goods must reach us complete, undamaged, unused and not soiled.
- For items that have been assembled, damaged or that show signs of use, the damage will be charged.
