Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll promptly replace it with a new one at no cost to you. Please contact us to arrange the replacement.
Not Satisfied with Your Purchase?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt to return the product for a full refund, no questions asked.
Returning After 14 Days?
If you wish to return a product after the 14-day period, you can still do so after testing. Please contact us to discuss your options. Note that return shipping costs will be at your expense after this period.
How to Return a Product
1. Register Your Return
- Log in to your account at www.juliard.club.
- Navigate to Order History and select the details of your order.
- Send us a message specifying the reason for the return or replacement.
2. Package the Product
- Pack the product in its original condition and packaging, placing it securely in a box.
- Include the completed return form in the box and ensure the package is well-sealed to prevent damage during transit.
- Attach the provided return label clearly on the outside of the box.
3. Ship the Package
- Drop off the package at a post office or arrange for pickup with a courier service.
- Keep the proof of shipment for your records.
Refund Policy
When Will You Receive Your Refund?
We will process your refund (including the purchase price and original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your return.
What Will Be Refunded?
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any original shipping costs paid.
How Will You Be Refunded?
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
