Received a damaged or wrong product?

Don't panic - we will replace for you with a new product as soon as possible.

Still not satisfied with the product?

No problem: within 14 days of receipt you still have a cooling-off period to return the product.

I want to return a product after 14 days - is that possible?

Yes, we still give you time to test the product. If you have decided to return, please contact us.

The costs for the return shipment would in this time be for your own account.

To do this, follow the steps below:


- Sign up at

- Go to Order History and select Details of your order

- Send us a message stating the reason for return or replacement.


- Pack the products in original condition and packaging in a box

- Place the completed return form in the original box and make sure that the box is well packed and would not be damaged during the return trip.

- Stick the supplied Return label clearly visible on the box.


- Hand in the package at the post office or Arrange with a supplier for the pick-up.

- Keep the proof of shipment safe.


When do we pay back?

We will transfer the costs incurred by you (purchase costs and original shipping costs) to you within 14 days after cancellation.

What do you get back?

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the originally paid shipping costs.

How will you be refunded?

We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Does this not work? Then we will contact you.
